Beach & Bay Realty, located in Cronulla, Sydney, sells real estate in the Sutherland Shire and St.George area.

Beach & Bay Realty is very different from the typical real estate office. We are not interested in being the biggest real estate office in Cronulla or the Sutherland Shire, actually we quite enjoy being a small, boutique office. We are known for our flexibility in approach and evolve with the continual changes in technology and our economy.

Real estate is an industry that has certainly benefited from online technology and we aim to maximise these benefits for our clients. We are focused on having a huge presence within the ever increasing online community. This is why we embrace twitter, blogs and facebook to name just a few.

Meet the Team

The sales people: Natalie Vials, Kylie Emans, Wendie Dennett and Henk Emans, enjoy selling real estate and are all active members of our local networks.

Henk Emans is Director and Licensed Real Estate Agent. Henk Emans sells real estate in the St. George area, in particular in Lugarno, Peakhurst and Oatley where he sells for long term clients on a regular basis. Auction Result Updates

On our website you might have noticed the “Auction Results” and “Forthcoming Auctions” tabs. Beach & Bay has dedicated part of the website to an auction tracking system that shows forthcoming auction details and week by week results in suburbs from Cronulla to Lilli Pilli. The auctions tracked are for our auctions plus all the agents (yes we advertise for our competitors) in the area who have properties going to auction in the suburbs of CCronulla, Woolooware, Burraneer, Caringbah South, Caringbah, Lilli Pilli and Dolans Bay.

This has now been operating since Feb 2008 so there is a wealth of information on our site for all to view.

Beach & Bay Realty was the first office in the Sutherland Shire to have a blog focusing on real estate issues in our local area and across the board issues affecting the real estate market. This is updated regularly, sometimes daily and all our staff contribute. It is also an interactive site where clients can make comments. Although there are not so many comments on there (we didn’t realize people would be so shy), the visits to these pages are quite impressive.
