Guinness World Record Attempt Event – The Largest Circuit Training

After we just missed out on the Day of Heroes World Record attempt back in February, some of those in the Shire are having a crack at another one!

MC for the day Shannan Ponton from The Biggest Loser will round up as many people as possible in an effort to break the Guinness World Record for the largest circuit training on Saturday 14th July 2012 at Miranda Park between 1pm & 4pm.

Cost to enter

  • $10 for Adults
  • $5 for Concessions
  • The attempt is open to all ages as long as you are able to complete the exercises
  • Each participant will receive a thank you gift back worth over $500!
What’s involved?
To be eligible for the Guinness World Record Attempt you need to perform the exercises listed below for 3 mins each:
  • Shadow boxing
  • Aerobics
  • Agility ladder
  • Hill climbs
  • Interval running
  • Step class
  • Mini hurdles
  • Core Strength exercise
  • Skipping
  • Arms, bums & thighs
  • Pilates
