For the last few weeks I have walked past Heart & Soul Cafe while the windows have been covered up excitedly wondering what it would be like. Cronulla has some great cafe’s already in place, but a little diversity and choice never hurts!
I’ve just spoken to the Patrick the manager, and he has given us a sneak peak of what to expect!

An idea of our menu: (organic) juices, smoothies, chai, falafel, curries etc etc.. too many to mention and too much to munch on!

Heart & Sould Cafe will be open from Monday 1st November, 10 am, 7 days a week.
What is organic food? LSD’s?? They are Dandelion Soy Lattes. The official name is LSD, so it seems at every other cafe that sells them. However I can’t find any cafes in Sydney that make them so I’ll be dropping into Heart & Soul and if they don’t have any I’ll have to talk them into it! They are such a great alternative to coffee.
I need to try one of those, lets us know if they have them, I am struggling to get there as they don’t open till 11am and I always need my caffeine fix earlier. I know you are going to say I shouldn’t need a caffeine fix but I do!

We don’t do LSD’s yet, but we do a killer chai with frothed milk.
If you need your caffeine fix first try Ham on the corner, they make a great coffee. Then to us for lunch!
