When you don’t feel like cooking but don’t want to fork out a fortune for a mid week dinner, where do you go in Cronulla? La Cucina!
I have been meaning to visit this restaurant for months, it has probably been at least 12 months since it opened? Three of us chose the $35, 3 course meal. It was a Thursday night but apparently they offer this every night of week!
Bruschetta with ricotta, tomato and pesto with chilli aoli, pork and sage wrapped in prosciutto and gelato! There are a couple of mains where you pay an extra few dollars and you can have the 3 course special but really it is an extensive menu and great value. The pork main was especially divine. To top it all off, the restaurant is BYO wine! I think I might book a standing mid week reservation!
